Our challenge was todesign a noteworthy3-story house on a very narrow lot.

From the very start, the clients expressed enthusiasm over our exciting architectural plan, and their wish to take full advantage of the nature of the land. Although the lot itself was a standard shape, it was not on level ground with an elevation difference of 800mm.This inspired us to design a multi-levelfloor plan, a more effective use of space, including a living room that measured 35 m² with a ceiling height of 2.8 m.

Despite the complex multi-level floor plan, this structuremet Earthquake Resistance Grade 3 requirements.

Starting with a meticulous structural design plan, a remarkable house was created, somewhat inconceivable when first viewing the empty lot.
